An AltiGen call center solution contains an AltiGen phone system and the additional AltiGen call center software needed for your environment.  AltiGen lets you add advanced capability one agent at a time, or all at once.  With this flexibility, it is cost effective for a three person help desk or a call center with hundreds of agents.
In the past ten years, AltiGen has added more than one thousand features to our “All-in-One” system. In 2005, more than 4,500 new call center agents were deployed using AltiGen.
